Debbie Rull

Debbie Rull is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor and is Program Manager of Problem Gambling Services at the Union of Pan Asian Communities (UPAC) Addiction Treatment and Recovery Division. Debbie has a national certification as a gambling counselor and for many years has conducted problem gambling prevention outreach and training classes for the community and for behavioral health professionals. Debbie’s treatment approach is educational and compassionate, and she is dedicated to helping families recover from problem gambling and live happy and satisfying lives.
